Do You Have Your Affairs in Order? - July 1, 2025

Have you taken the time to put your affairs in order? Creating an estate plan is one of the most meaningful ways to care for your loved ones. It protects your assets, secures your finances, and ensures your family isn’t left guessing about your wishes.

With a solid plan in place, your family will have clarity, comfort, and guidance when they need it most.

An estate plan can include:

  • Advance Medical Directive
  • Trust and Will
  • Power of Attorney
  • Guardianship Instructions for Your Children
  • Distribution of Digital and Physical Belongings

At Engage Notary Services+, we go beyond standard notarization. As a certified Trust Delivery Agent, we've completed advanced training to ensure your estate planning documents are handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism.

Whether you're working with an estate planner or managing the details on your own, we're here to help you take the final step with confidence. We’ll notarize the essential documents in your estate plan—making everything official, secure, and ready for your peace of mind. We are the mobile notary for you. Book an Appointment Today!

Does the Notary Provide Documents? - June 2, 2025

Notaries typically do not provide the documents to be notarized. It is the signer’s responsibility to bring a completed document that requires notarization.

Notaries can provide the appropriate notarial certificate (such as an acknowledgment or jurat) if it is missing from the document. However, they cannot prepare or advise on legal documents unless they are also a licensed attorney.

If you are unsure what type of notarization your document needs, it is best to check with the issuing agency or a legal professional before your appointment.

Engage Notary looks forward to assisting with your upcoming notarization needs.
