Contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
At Engage Notary Services+, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process and accommodate your needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
1. Full Refund for Timely Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least two hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of the deposit (if one was required). If no deposit was required, we still appreciate at least two hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another client.
2. Rescheduling with Ease: Should you choose to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request. The deposit (if applicable) will be applied to the amended time and date, ensuring a seamless transition.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund. The deposit represents a portion of the standard travel fee, which remains due to the notary. We appreciate your understanding, as short notice does not allow us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another client.
We value your time and strive to provide flexibility in our services. We aim to deliver outstanding customer service and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Please note the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled at least two hours before the scheduled time.
Clients are responsible for providing the correct and completed documents. We are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice, provide forms, or assist with document completion. Please do not sign any documents before meeting with the notary.
Please select an available time from our appointment calendar. If you do not see a time that works for you, feel free to contact us — we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Per Nevada NRS 240.100, all fees are payable in advance, if requested.

Yes. A notary can refuse service in situations such as:
Notaries prioritize ethical and legal standards when deciding to provide service.
Is It Legal?
Yes. Online notarization is a legal alternative to traditional in-person notarization with paper documents. It is valid and enforceable in every state, with its legality determined by the laws of the notary’s commissioning state. Notaries must follow their state’s laws, and all states recognize properly performed notarizations from other states. However, not all documents are eligible for online notarization, and some recipients may not accept them. Always check with the receiving party before proceeding.
Can More Than One Signer Participate?
Yes. Signers can complete the process together on one device, on separate devices, or in different notary sessions. Each must verify their identity separately, and those who miss the first session can join a later one.
At this time we are not accepting bookings for jails/prisons.
In situations where a client is unable to provide a complete signature according to NRS 32.305 in the state of Nevada, the following conditions validate the signature of a party:
1. The individual can make their mark.
2. The name of the person making the mark is recorded in close proximity to the mark.
3. The mark is observed and attested by another person who writes their own name as a witness.
*For the marked signature to be valid, two witnesses are required, affirming its authenticity, even if the document doesn't typically require witnesses.
Yes. On occasion, we have special rates. Be sure to check back for updates.
During notary appointments, a translator is not allowed. The notary must communicate directly with the person signing the document to ensure understanding and prevent fraud. This requirement upholds the integrity of the notarization process. If the signer does not speak the language of the notary, you may do a google search to find bilingual notaries who may fit your language needs.
Per Nevada law NRS 240.100, a notary public is entitled to retain an agreed-upon travel fee if: The appointment is canceled after the notary has begun traveling to the location, OR the notarial act cannot be completed due to actions (or inaction) by the person requesting the service or another required party.
While witnesses are not always required, many legal documents that need notarization may also call for one. A witness serves as a neutral third party who observes the signing of a document, confirms the identities of the signers, and ensures the signatures are made willingly and without coercion. The witness then signs the document to affirm this. A Nevada notary cannot serve as both the witness and notary for a document.
To serve as a valid witness, the individual must:
