Contact Us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
At Engage Notary Services, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process and accommodate your needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Full Refund for Timely Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled time. By adhering to this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the deposit (if one was required). If a deposit was not required we still ask that you contact us at least two hours prior to your appointment so we will have an opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
2. Rescheduling with Ease: Should you choose to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request. The deposit will be applied to the amended time and date, ensuring a seamless transition.
3. Late Cancellations: Please note that cancellations made less than two hours before the original appointment time cannot be refunded. We appreciate your understanding as this timeframe does not allow us to offer the appointment slot to other clients.
We value your time and strive to provide flexibility in our services. We aim to deliver outstanding customer service and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

2. The name of the person making the mark is recorded in close proximity to the mark.

During notary appointments, a translator is not allowed. The notary must communicate directly with the person signing the document to ensure understanding and prevent fraud. This requirement upholds the integrity of the notarization process. If the signer does not speak the language of the notary, you may do a google search to find bilingual notaries who may fit your language needs.
